ZDC’s Kevin Shirata managed the design, permitting, and construction process for this new 84 unit, market rate senior housing community, part of the 40 acre Leihano master plan in Kapolei, Hawaii. Ilima offers residents a continuum of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care accommodation.
