On behalf of client Mercy Housing California, ZDC’s Ileah La Vora managed the development of 95 Laguna, a 79 unit, mixed use apartment community located within a multi-phase master plan on Laguna Street in San Francisco.  This $48 million, Green Point Rated “Gold” project includes 79 new studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units intended to be welcoming to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBTQ+) community and people living with HIV/AIDS, including 15 units for the formerly homeless, and a two- story senior center run by Openhouse. Completed in 2019, the building design pays respect to the neighborhoods historic fabric and compliments the Spanish Revival style of the surrounding buildings.
